Meet the founders, Robin Bender and Christie Peters. Robin and Christie are two passionate professionals whose love for healthy hair, education, and empowerment has been the heart of their work for years.
Robin, a licensed instructor and the owner of Clutch Salon, has built a reputation for excellence and mentorship in the cosmetology field. Christie, a talented stylist within the Clutch Salon team, brings her own flair and dedication to both her craft and the next generation of stylists.
Together, they’ve co-founded Clutch Academy of Cosmetology, a natural next chapter in their shared mission to pour into aspiring beauty professionals.
With decades of combined experience behind the chair and in the classroom, Robin and Christie are on a mission to help students master the foundations of hair care, build thriving careers, and carry forward a legacy of excellence, professionalism, and purpose.
